北京CBD位于北京市朝阳区，是1993年国务院批复的《北京城市总体规划》提出建设的全国首个商务中心区。北京CBD中心区占地7.04平方公里，四至范围为东起东四环、西至东大桥路、南临通惠河、北接朝阳北路。北京CBD功能区以CBD为核心，涵盖周边17个街乡，面积约84平方公里。

Located in Chaoyang District, Beijing CBD is the first business center proposed by the Beijing Urban Master Plan approved by the State Council in 1993. Beijing CBD covers an area of 7.04 square kilometers, with the East Fourth Ring Road in the east, Dongdaqiao Road in the west, Tonghui River in the south, and Chaoyang North Road in the north. With CBD as the core, the Beijing CBD Functional Area covers 17 subdistricts and townships in an area of about 84 square kilometers.

2022年，重新组建北京商务中心区管理委员会，实行“一区多园”管理模式，统筹推进中国（北京）自由贸易试验区国际商务服务片区朝阳组团的建设。
